• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Peeling muffler paint and travel That is interesting that the peeling paint on the muffler is covered. I have 15000 miles on mine and it is starting to peel. Wonder if it would be covered. Corbin Seats

SpyderGirl, I went to the factory in Hollister and I originally thought that I should have the front part of the seat trimmed down a bit so that my thighs would not be resting on the ridge of the seat where I would lose some circulation. But I found that I was sliding forward too much. So after...

    Rewaco Trikes??

The quote for one in the US was about $24,000 for the base model a year or so ago. I think that the $35K quote was for one in Australia. I wonder how one would get service on one of these if you buy it. Sort of like how it seems to be with the Spyder. The dealer I bought mine from is no longer...

    Troubles w/my Spyder

One thing that is frustrating is waiting for your spyder to be repaired. You would almost wish that you could have a loaner. That would make the wait a little more tolerable. I wish that you can get a loaner What would be the significance of that?

    Troubles w/my Spyder

I am now wondering if it would be better to get a new engine rather than them rebuilding this one. I had been patiently waiting and finally sent an email to Carlo on Thursday. The dealership said that they were waiting for BRP to send a few more parts. Then the question will be how long will it...

    Troubles w/my Spyder

Well that is good to hear, I was fearful that it was a problem when they put the new tire on. Now I wonder what would have caused the oil pump failure. Since I have had my Spyder I have never had any error messages. It has been running flawlessly. Someone made the comment that they should make...

    Recommended Replacement Parts

I know that when I went to the San Luis Motorsports where I bought mine originally, I asked about a new rear tire and they said they would have to order one. That is one of the reasons that I bought the Kumho tire. Ordered it from Tirerack on Tue/Wed and had it delivered to the shop. It got...

    Troubles w/my Spyder

Up until now I have had a good luck w/my Spyder. I went over 12000 miles and I took it in for servicing. The next week I had a new Kumho rear tire installed. After a couple of weeks the Spyder started making noise. I don't know if there is any link between the installation of the tire and the...

Need a new set of front tires, what have people tried

I also had uneven wear on the inside front tires at 10,000 miles so I did the tire rotation swap and it was out of balance so I had to take it in and get it rebalanced. Also increased the air pressure to 20 lbs. Still trying to decide on what type of tire to buy when I replace them.

    Removing visor scratches?

My wife had some pretty deep scratches on her visor and I read about using Brasso. So I sat watching TV and putting a couple of drops on my fingers and just kept rubbing it. Took a little time but they pretty much came out. Then I used Meguiars clear plastic detailer to finish it off. She is...

    tire problem, anyone else?...advice?

I had the same problem with mine. 9000 miles. The tech told me that they adjusted the alignment, so I don't know how the alignment is permanent. Also I don't know how you can be taking to many turns in one direction. HOW DOES THAT MATTER??? They also pumped up my shocks to seven. I told mine...
