• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

100% right...I always take a quick glance to see what is beside/behind me...mirrors are okay...they vibrate too much anyway, no matter which extensions you have. I had the Kewl Metal and they were simply crap...got the ESI and they are better, but still not great. I think someone has to...

    Hindle Exhaust

No need to replace rivets...just use this glue...works like a charm and holds those rivets in place...and no, the glue doesn't melt once it is hardened...I don't think I've had to re-apply it in 2 years...

    Best aftermarket windshield

No...Mark just improved on the bracket to give it more movement...in effect, the CHAD had the older bracket design... I have to still get him some pics of my shield...I got the really, really, light gray/smoke...there are no pics of it up yet on his site...I really like it a lot. I had it a...

Madstad, no question. CHAD is no longer around and they 'stole' the original design from Madstad anyway...the bracket has since been modified and improved since that time. Give Mark a call...his shields are great...

I never minded getting wet when I ride...esp. if it's 80+ degrees out...that's what a change of clothes is for... I've gotten drenched a few times and when the T-storm ended, I dried before I got to my destination... At least we don't have to sit under a bridge when it rains!

Helmets.... what do you run and why do you like it?

All foam breaks down...you can't see it though...just like your sneakers...with shoes, it's 600 miles or 6 months...then you're losing a lot of support... Same with the helmet...get a new one every 5 years keeps you safer...

Madstad Engineering...a step above the rest...

I had been looking for a new shield for my Spyder for some time and I decided on the Madstad. Mark and Patty are class acts and they know their stuff. I have had the shield since last fall and I recently had a small problem that I created for myself. I stupidly went to touch up some of the...

Report: Three-wheel motorcycle plunges off ravine near Concow, killing one

I didn't see where it mentioned a Spyder...also, if your only experience with a Spyder or a two wheeler is simply in a parking lot before you go out and hit twisties, you're asking for trouble. You should be required to have some sort of special license for a Spyder...be it a motorcycle or...

Something May Be Coming Down the Spyder Pike!

Ron, if I recall properly, 30-40% of bike 'accidents' are single rider...dropping the bike...being the Spyder cannot be dropped (thank goodness), this already eliminates a lot of problems. As most 2 wheelers will joke about..it's not a matter of if they've dropped their bike..it's an issue of...

RT shocks on a RS ?

I have the RTs on my 2008 GS...had them put on I guess about 2 years ago now...(time flies)... There is no comparison with how the bike handles. I can hit corners hard and the bike doesn't flop into the turn...when coming out of turns quickly, the bike doesn't roll back too much. The RT...
