• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Caliper pins... The caliper pins are 3/8" and NOT 9mm... have no idea why, when metric fasteners have been used throughout the Spyder. :dontknow:

    front tires... I've been running my stock front tires at 22 psi and shocks set at #4 from the start. My toe-in is .12º, and 22,000 miles later here is what they look like.

    RT rear brake pad replacement

    Rear pads... I replaced mine yesterday. I removed the muffler, removed the parking brake cable and pulley, and the two pad retaining bolts. With these two bolts removed, you can drop the caliper without removing the large mounting plate. Doing it this way, the toughest part is reinstalling...

    I81 southbound RT's... White RT southbound, two up, north of Abingdon, Va, around noon... Blue RT southbound, two up, at 1:55... I was the silver RT heading north.

    vacuum... I agree. It seems like the higher I run the windscreen, the dirtier the back of the RT gets in rain... and more water hits the back of my helmet and neck. Even the exhaust gases tend to swirl forward with the widscreen in the higher positions.
