• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

To extend or not to extend?

I'm having the same questions about buying the extended. But since my Spyder is only 6 months old, I think I might wait a bit then make the decision before the 2 years are up.

Rode Tail of the Dragon Thursday

I can't wait to get the Spyder down there and on the tail. I've ridden it a few times on my Hayabusa and RC51-I'm just wondering if the Spyder will be as much fun. I wish i lived as close as some of you guys--I just love that area of the country!

    Winter Storage

One of the best way's I've found to keep all those little furry critters out of nice warm nesting places is to buy a box of moth balls. Then pour a few into a plastic bag-like the zip lock type-then just place the bag unzipped in the truck, side bags etc. Yes it stinks up a bit-but I've never...

    Storage solutions for your Spyder

I'm looking for just the rear truck top pouch, but I don't see where that can be purchased by itself. Am I reading the site wrong?

    Foglight fuse

Thanks--that's what I needed to know. I'm gonna wait for the colder weather to tackle the job. I'm gonna put in the 12V outlet plug in the frunk while I got it off. Might as well kill 2 birds with one stone!

    Foglight fuse

So I just got my fog light kit (thanks Toledo Honda!) for my 2012 RT A/C. I was looking at the parts bag before I "tear into" the project and noticed there's no fuse in the bag. Is the fuse already installed in the machine or do I have to go get one to put into the fuse panel? thanks

    How to wash Spyder?

Here's how I wash/dry/polish all my bikes. 1. Use a soft towel soak in very hot water--use that towel to just lay across bug splats on the windshield and body work. It softens up the mess and it just rinses off. 2. Spray the body with water and wash with car cleaner. 3. Dry using a leaf...

    Broke my antenna

I can't remember where I got it--but it was not a Can Am antenna. I'll have to look it up where I got it

    Remove Front Speaker Grills?

Thanks guys for your responses. I'm not too worried about replacing the OEM's under warranty. I'm wanting to upgrade the speakers anyways.

    Remove Front Speaker Grills?

Well, I think I might have blown one of my front speakers (yea--blasting "Rolling Stones" too loud!! LOL). In any case, can anyone tell me how to remove the front speaker grills? Do they just "pop" off or do I need to remove body parts to get them off? Thanks

Now that's what I'm talking about...

I love it--I'm so sick and tired of people who get into the left land and just stay there! :dontknow: And then on top of it--they drive BELOW the posted speed limit! :banghead: I hate to pass on the right, but at times there is no choice!

    New Brake Pedal

That was my problem too--as I stated above, with size 15 shoes there's a lot of foot to manage! LOL I've had a couple of minor scares where I couldn't connect with the brake properly and almost didn't stop . This seems to help

    New Brake Pedal

Yea, as stupid as this sounds, I'm actually "missed" the brake a couple of times. As I said my size 15 shoe wasn't made for such a small pedal. I feel better about it now
