• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Custom paint or wrap for the "frunk"

Chief, Nope, once a Warrant Officer becomes a CWO2 he/she is now a permanent commissioned officer the same as the rest of the zeroes that are USN. I know when working with detailers I could take any billet in my designator and LDO designators up to O-5 as long as the receiving command would...

32 MPG Avg on 2300 mi trip

Over the past four decades we have gotten a lot of armadillos and coyotes that we did not have fifty years ago. I was gone from home for about 30 years, but I missed my beloved Ozarks the entire time. I live about 8 miles west of Eureka Springs and feel blessed everyday to be able to live...

    CORBIN....never again

We have almost 6,000 miles on the same setup and are as happy as can be with ours. Will be buying Corbin when we buy the second Spyder, too. I'm sorry some folks have had bad experiences. I would be on the phone with the folks at Corbin if I had a problem. Regards, Rich

Custom paint or wrap for the "frunk"

AC, I've received the first draft and it looks good. I am just asking for them to tweak it a bit and put the ESWS pin at the top with the flag in the background like it is with the mustangs. Chief's Anchor in the left side and Officer Crest on the right side. Then at a future date I want to...

    Lost My RT Oil Panel

Call Terry Brown @ Bradford Marine in Springdale, Arkansas (about 45 miles from you via Highway 62 West to Highway 71 Business) at (479-750-1200) They should be able to get you in and hook you up on BUDS. Regards, Rich

    BRP trailer feedback

We are very pleased with the amount of space in the RT-622 and it pulls as if it is not back there.

Custom paint or wrap for the "frunk"

Looks like they are up to the task. The initial layout looks like it will run $45 and additional, if more extensive modifications are necessary. I'm thinking it will still be less expensive than getting a guy to air brush paint it. Plus, with me having ten thumbs I may just have to ship the...

Custom paint or wrap for the "frunk"

Thanks Chief, I've got an email in to the AAA folks with my avatar and attached a jpg of the Officer's Crest and the ESWS pin. I would like to do a variation of the avatar with the flag, mustangs, and a CPO Anchor on the left and the Officer's Crest on the right side with the ESWS pin at the...

Custom paint or wrap for the "frunk"

Now the biggest hurdle to get across is to locate the individual art that allows Pete to integrate it, as in overlay it on top of each other to get the final product.

    Passenger armrest for 2011 RT

That's exactly what ours look like. The arm rests also have the same Spyder thread pattern.

    Moto-Mate Motorcycle trailer

I would like some real world feed back on how they like this trailer. It looks like a great concept for traveling and having the option of staying along side the road during a storm or just general camping while traveling. Are they more difficult to tow than the standard RT-622 trailer. Are...

What a great idea and super deal on building your own trailer for very few dollars. I am impressed.

Custom paint or wrap for the "frunk"

Al, Thanks again Chief. I have a note into Pete with your suggestion. We'll see what he comes up with. I'll always cherish my years as a Chief and the Goat Locker. Being a crusty ole CWO made it a bit strange to be in the wardroom with the youngsters. Then I met a very young Ensign about...

Chief, Lookin' good there! Once I get the frunk thing squared away I may have to give the trailer a bit of a face lift.

    Passenger armrest for 2011 RT

We have the Corbin armrests on our 2011 and my wife is 5'4" and only swollen up on top :roflblack: anyway, she loves them and I've ridden behind her and they fit me fine @ 5'10" and I am swollen all over -- built for comfort, not speed.

    Spyder Sightings

About 0830 this morning I was at the intersection of Arkansas Highway 62 and Indian Creek Road and a red RT passed through heading east bound with a group of three other bikes. Don't see many of them while I am out and about on our 2011 RT Limited.

Custom paint or wrap for the "frunk"

Yep, Al's is the inspiration to do something for ours. I really like his, as I was once upon a time a Chief Petty Officer before going to the other side. LOL I have a note in to the folks down there to see what they can come up with. I really like the flag with the mustangs and the...

Custom paint or wrap for the "frunk"

I would really like to do something with our 2011 RT SE5 Limited to personalize it a bit. I am leaning in the direction of a variation of the theme of my avatar since I am retired from the Navy and the wife is still serving. I'm a "mustang" while she is not, but it will have a naval theme to...

    Red Corbin Seat

Give the folks at Corbin a call and talk about your options. Be sure to have them use a spyder web pattern on the sewing. They can do about anything you want and you can personalize it. We absolutely love our Corbin seat, back rest and arm rests. I just wish I had spoken directly with them...

    Branson Trip

While you are in Branson be sure to go eat at McFarland's. They have really good fried green tomatoes and their open face roast beef sandwich is to die for.
