• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    NEG cable has a bend on it so it should bolt right up to the terminal. Pair up the "L" gives you a beefy connection on the POS side. I shimmed mine with a piece of foam attached to the side of the battery with double sided tape.

    :agree:Poor design on BRP's part. Shouldn't throw a code when the pad is worn down due to low fluid level. A larger or better designed reservoir would have eliminated this problem.

    You are gonna want to get those goodies installed ASAP. As soon as it is warm enough to ride, you are gonna want to hop on it and go and won't have time to pull everything apart and install it. Having the Spyder in pieces vs. riding .... the ride always wins. I am speaking from experience...

    I was gonna guess $8,000 for wholesale / blue book / clean trade. $7,500 sounds like its in the ball park. Higher trade value means they just make up the difference on the other end.

    Jack/lift for the RTS

    Jack up one end and put support under then the other end. For quick work, I find the center and jack up the entire bike but for more involved stuff, I jack up both ends and put support under the A arms then move the jack to the back.
