• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    I was going to chrome the foot pegs. foot rest. brake peddle. shifter, handlebar, took everthing off found out because of the ruff finish that brp has on these parts that the prep time to get them smooth for the chrome plating that it was cheaper to order the parts from brp i have a 2010rt-s

    :thumbup:BEEN USING AIMSOIL SINCE 2ND OIL CHANGE. IT IS ON THE SHELF RIGHT BESIDE BRP BLENDED OIL AT THE DEALERS. DOESN'T COST MUCH MORE THAN BRP BLEND. I ORDER MY OIL ALITTLE CHEAPER THAT WAY.

    What to do with Weapons when visiting Canada or non reciprocal States

    I live in SC and have a concealed weapons permit. Once you get one you can go to Pennsylvaia on line and pull thier application to carry firearms in thier state. Mine from Centre county PA. Did it in 09 good to 2014. PA firearms are recongized in most states.

    Got my RT from Performance cycles. Ride with Andy on Mondays when he can. Maybe we can meet up some where and ride. went on a short ride today. Wasn't dress for it. I can ride about any time. Live in Fountain Inn area.

    LIMP MODE AFTER OIL CHANGE

    I did the same thing change oil and used a differant filter When I started it went into limp mod Took it to the dealer. The dealer just started it up ran it about3000 rpms for 15seconds cleared right up. No charge said it was covered under warrenty they had gotten a notice about the problem...

    Stripes look great. I would do the fenders but I would make the stripe about half the size on the fenders (they are too wide for the fenders)than add a small pin stripe to each side like on the body. :dontknow: It is your :spyder2: you will make the finnally call

    10 RTS 16,500 miles had recalls done , did have a brake problem turns out the cause was low brake pressure in system took 2 days to fix the :spyder2:

    I plan on keeping my 2008 Spyde for a long time

    I plan on keeping mine 10 RTS unless it gets 2 expenive for repairs or they come out with another :spyder2: that will get 40 + MPG than I might think about buying another.

    Recieved the first "Limp home"code !! 1000 miles from home.

    Mine done the same thing serval times after running at interstate speeds, would stop to get gas, restart spyder limp mode came on. turn off spyder remove key, code cleared up, spyder ran fine. I believe that it the oil sencor not reading the oil because it is all churn up. Who knows:dontknow...
