• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage.     Tension On the ground reading is a invalid reading. You should only use the on the ground reading after the tension has been set correctly with the wheel off the ground. If it's an RT the tension is also effected by how much stuff you have loaded in the rear luggage compartments.

    You have to remove the top colored plastic piece that wraps around the rear trunk. Then you need to remove the three screws from inside the left side of the rear trunk that holds the left speaker enclosure. Once it is removed the back of the outlet is right there.

    First off the stock shock is not doing it's job for the weight of two riders. You need a better rear shock. The air bag system if pumps up all the way will hide a bad rear shock. It is not designed to replace the rear shock. Fix the rear shock problem and the air bag will operate as designed.
