• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Corbin Seat - Lamonster Cut

I'm interested in getting a Corbin seat for my SE5. I tried searching the forums using Corbin & Lamonster, but came up with too many results that didn't quite answer my questions. This is for Lamont & anyone else who might have experience with this seat cut. My questions are regarding the...

Odd Place to Find a Spyder

Found it interesting that our Honda car dealer in York, PA is selling a used Spyder (someone traded it in on some sort of car, I assume). Initially found the listing on Craig's list (posted by the dealer). Stopped in to see it tonight since we were dropping my husband's car off for maintenance.

Word of warning RE: Rivco Driver Floorboards

I just want to say that I have these floor boards & love them. They were exactly the type floor board I was looking for. I haven't noticed any problems with mine & I've had them most of this year. Though, due to the weather - haven't been riding as much, either. Thanks to this thread, I am...

    U-Haul 6X12 Trailer with 4'9" Ramp

That's a very cool looking trailer. Can you say where you had it made & approximate costs? We started looking for something to trailer my RS & my husband's Honda 1300VTX. We have Honda Pilot (V6). Not quite ready to buy yet - but, we are going to check out Craig's list, also.

Help with burning legs idea ...

I had issues with left side heat. A lot - enough to make my leg feel like it was burned. It wasn't - but, it was painful. I had the dealer wrap the exhaust on the left side. It didn't really help. So, my husband added some heat shield tape to the inside of the panel where my leg was resting...

Latest build pearl white can am spyder

His work is stunning! I am primarily looking for someone who does good custom painting. Killer Kreations looks fab! I have a design in mind - but, still have a few things to add to my Spyder before that can be done (like Corbin accessories).

    Moving brake forward?

Thanks for the suggestion - but, it doesn't appear that you have a brake product that works with floorboards other than the Seal kit. Maybe I am missing something?

    Moving brake forward?

Hubby just got the Rivco floorboards on my RS. I sat on it to try them out and see how I like the them & the brake position. I'm fairly iffy on the brake where it is and would like to look into moving it. Anyone have suggestions on how it is done? How difficult is it to move? Can you...

    Kewlmetal adjustable risers

I have these, also. I wasn't sure if I would like the look of them. But, it didn't take long for me to get used to them. Now, it's like they have been there all the time. We had a bike shop install them. I haven't felt the need to adjust them at all since they were installed. Good quality...

Spyder RS SE5 Driver Floorboard Recommendation

I decided on the Rivco product after looking at as many options as I could find. I liked their look the most - fairly minimalist & reasonably priced. Originally I had wanted the Vertika. But, I really like the look of my SE5 & the Vertika boards are pretty substantial and would really change...

Kuryakyn ISO-Grips powder coated millennium yellow?

I had my ISO's powder coated black. Either before Kury came out with them themselves...or, before I realized they had them. Anyhow - go to your favorite motorcycle repair shop and talk to them. Our place sent their stuff out for coating. But, if the shop doesn't do it - they should be able...

I took a short ryde today. About 50F - but, the wind really started picking up toward the end of the ryde. Lots of puddles to avoid, though!
