• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    VIP invite showed about a week ago. Today we got the large accessory flyer with hat coupon/card! Might try the closest dealer this weekend (better weather) - but, I don't remember them having clothes, etc. Maybe I will call first.

    Yeah - the cable connection does not give remote access to the iPod. The iPod stays in control. Just volume can be changed from the headset buttons - and that is actually changing the headset volume not the iPod volume. I'm happy the headset is not frozen any longer - we can at least use it...

    Spyder Sightings

    PA I-83 South sighting Was heading north toward Harrisburg, PA tonite around 6:15pm or so (in a friend's van). Was somewhere a bit north of York, PA. Saw a red Spyder heading south in the fast lane. RS with red/black side bags (looked like they were BRP bags).

    My only problem with the up & outs is the compatibility issue with my windshield. I was just hoping the new KM mirror extensions won't mean I have to do any other adjustments/mods to use them. If not, then we go for the up & outs and modify my windshield. Thanks for your feedback, though!

    I agree - these risers are a great product. Mine aren't tweaked further yet - just the install. But, our weather was too cold this weekend for ryding - I only got a short ryde home with them. So, not sure how much more adjusting we need to do yet. I posted comments & photos in this thread...
