• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    F3 Limited Handlebars

Ok folks, see if you can help with a solution to my problem. The other day while sitting on the Spyder in the garage, I decided to move my handlebars up about 4". I loosened the bolts and rotated the bars. This has made for a better ride at least for me. The problem lies in the fact that I can...

    Got to Ride Today!

Well normally I work in the PM but the boss decided to put me on day shift today to cover a guy that was out. Good thing, because the mercury here in Tennessee made it all the way up to 75. So just as soon as I got home the better half was dressed and ready to go, so we lit out a a short ride...

    New Member with Important Question

Decision to buy Just bought mine last month and after doing hours and hours of research I decided to pull the trigger on a F3 Limited and don't regret it. I have 600 miles on it and if it is warm enough tomorrow there will be more. This thing is more addictive that crack cocaine. I have owned...

    Passenger back rest

Factory Backrest I bought the factory backrest. Mainly due to the fact that I intended to keep my F3 100 % BRP. The dealer knocked off $150.00 but it was still a nice bite out of the wallet at $600. The wife loves it. She wouldn't ride if it wasn't on the bike.

Why NOT to use a Car Tire!

Scary experience! A friend of mine came to my shop a few years ago and asked me to help him install a car tire on his wife's bike. During the process we could not get the bead to set on a 4-5 inch section of the rim. We kept inflating, deflating, lubing the tire, nothing worked. He said to me...

    Trailer Hitch

?????? Let me see if I can grasp this. Liability is increased due to manufacturing a hitch to go on a Spyder? That would be like my homeowners insurance going up because I had a sidewalk built and snow sticks to concrete before is sticks to the ground and someone could come visit and bust their...

Got to ride a little today!

The temp here in Tennessee increased 20 degrees from yesterday so I decided to take the Spyder out. A little windy with approaching rain but fun none the less.:D

    Trailer Hitch

.....and another thing, lol! Is the width at the rear wheel/frame wider on a F3 Limited than a RT? Reason I ask is Showchrome makes a hitch for the RT but does not list one for the F3 but the rear of both look the same.

    Trailer Hitch

Everything for these machines is expensive I would have never paid the $750.00 for the passenger backrest. Its amazing what a dealer will do when you get up out of the chair at the dealership and head for the door. I though Harley was bad. HD = $100.00, BRP = $$$$$$$ Even some of the...

Can-Am F3-S vs Harley Tri Glide for Fit

Which parts do you have? Is it the muffler or the air ducts?

    Trailer Hitch

Why are these things so expensive. I just don't see paying all that money for these. I'm not an engineer by no means but I think I could make one of these for a $100 dollar bill. That would include powder coating. Are these made of some super secret G-13 classified metal that only come from a...

    Cup Holder

I did a search and didn't see anything about these here so here is the info and the pics. This is a Barefoot Willie cup holder. Would not fit the F3 without a mod, so I took care of that. I just added two small pieces of thin rubber gasket material to get a tight fit and bolted on the...

    Paint Sratches

Spelling correction Just so no one gets the wrong impression, I can spell even though I am from Tennessee. SCRATCHES instead of sratches is how I meant to start this thread. If the guys from work seen this after I stay on their butts about spelling on their reports, they would never let me live...

    Paint Sratches

Is it just me or is the clear coat really easy to scratch? I stopped at the mailbox the other day and placed my mail on top of the glove box and came down my quarter mile driveway. While removing my windshield I noticed two distinct scratches on the glove box lid. I have tried to wax it out. I...

    East Tenneessee Spyder Ryders

Just north of Nashville I would love to meet with some Tennessee riders, but I think I'm done till spring except for maybe a short trip here close. After hitting the deer a month ago today, I make it a point to be back home before dusk.
