• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just have the attitude of a cat. They do odd things and act as if they meant to do that. Jumped up on the bed and missed - wham. I meant to do that. Run after than crumpled paper on the floor and - wham - into the wall. I meant to do that. Now pet me. Pete

    Brake failure...again and again

Refresh my - our - memory. So..it was in for "brakes", but was it also in for anything related to the snap, crackle, and pop? Or is that just an added side effect of working on the braking issue? Geez... Pete

    Relaxed Touring?

Tripod, How do you find the extended brake pedal position with the ISCI boards? Do you use the ball or heel of your foot to brake? If you use the ball do you have to lift your foot up off the board to engage? Thanks, Peye

Congrats - I could swear someone else said they - you, anyone - would sit a tad LOWER with the BRP comfort seat. Granted I would assuem it would be higher, but... Pete

    Best Travel pegs (driver) ?

SE or SM? How easy is it to actuate the extended brake pedal. Lift the foot, use the heel, etc? And if an SM how is extended toe shifter - enough leverage to use your toe with a full lift of the foot? I am having custom dual exhaust installed so floorboards kind of drifted to the back burner...

    LA Trip Travel Blog

Why, I believe you might just be correct. Pete On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair Warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering light My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim I had to stop for the night There she stood in...

    two brothers exhaust issue

That would be the O2 modifier: http://www.evoluzione.net/canam_o2_modifier.htm Would probably work. I am in the process of switching out my stock can for a setup from Ken at Evoluzione so no experience yet. Given you have a Two-Bros you might consider their Juice Box designed to work with...

    Brake failure...again and again

Well in the good ole daze - back when cars had carbs and power brakes were an option - it was possible to get a pressure bypass in the master cylinder. Pedal would drop like a rock - not always all the time. I think Scotty is on to it. Pete

    Braking issue

Totally out of my a$$, but I figure it probably is not electrical assuming there are trailer lights wired into the OEM harness. So...you say only when "abrubtly" maybe the mass of the trailer is causing a sudden shift-slip of the rear wheel setting off the nanny? Pete

    JUICE BOX Wiring help needed

I do similar writing technical labs in order to provide practice/experience with poorly documented and also complicated software. We are also adding annotated video how to demos for some of the stuff we cannot even afford full lab equipment for in our classrooms. RTFM does not cut it anymore. Pete

    JUICE BOX Wiring help needed

To add, if early in this JB 101 video you are seeing the same thing then it's okay. The injectors are not powered until you are actually running. http://www.twobros.com/Perf_Products/Juice_Box/JuiceBox.htm Pete

Been having a few server issues again

Did your browser light up? Check ABS? VSS fault? Did the shifting lockup? Both WEBsite tailights go out? M Mode button stuck? Probably went into limp mode temporarily. Call in a BRP shop - they'll trouble shoot it. Pete

ISCI website and product now available!!

I've commented in several posts and discussed this with Billy. here I go again. I mocked up the ride height of the floorboards by stacking scrap lumber on the garage floor under the Spyder. It's unlikely I could comfortably use the extended brake arm-pedal without fully lifting my foot off...

Has anyone put the aftermarket exhaust on yet?

I just spent the better part of 4+ weeks working with Ken to get one of his Leo Vince dual setups. Let's step back... A year or so ago he had done maybe a half dozen or so that from all accounts got rave reviews. They were not inexpensive and from what I can gather reading the posts from him...

    isci Floorboard Kit

A few more pics from Bill (Billy) of ISCI. They hope to have the WEB site up by Friday with lots of additional pics. I'm still weighing pros and cons...although there is little visual doubt that this stuff is top notch. From Bill... Floorboard kit for the SE5 (without shifter) $980...

    isci Floorboard Kit

I've exchanged a few emails with Bill and have attached a pic of the extended shifter that he sent along. As you can see it is a quality looking piece as everything else ISCI has shown so far. Here's my concern and it may just be a (physical) problem that I have. I stacked scrap 1X6 shelving...
