• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Need NMN 4" Riser pics please

I know this was asked before, but I cannot find it with a search. Is there any minus to having the 1" BRP riser and adding the 3" versus going with the 4" (and I suppose removing the BRP riser)? Thanks, Pete

    NMN: BRP Adjustable Backrest

It seems such a natural place to put a high mount third tail/brake light - at least - even if you do not complicate it with turn signals. Any other alternative with more off the shelf pieces instead of a custom one piece unit? Radiantz seems to have soem pre-fabbed boards in different sizes...

    NMN: BRP Adjustable Backrest

Attached pic is an old - looks like preproduction - BRP (adjustable) backrest best I could find, but it will serve the purpose for the Q. Looking from the back... See that kind of oval shaped space? Think you could fill that in with combo tail light and brake light and if really creative...

    ISCI Running Boards ?

I was gonna guess $1,000 base but had not asked. Gotta consider that this (supposedly) addresses the brake pedal, but yes that's a lot of $. The "harley style" options from others are about $800 I think and of course DIYs much less if you have the tools/skill. I thought, too, that they were...

It is still certainly worth any effort you - or anyone else -c an shed on what is goign on. I work in SW tech but not signal processing or process control and yet it still is of intense interest. Is it possible the ECU is an off the shelf unit as is so much else on the Spyder? Thanks, Pete
