• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

4300K VS 5000K HID Color Temperature Comparison

We are always getting questions from customers relating to 4300k vs 5000k. Most people looking to get an HID kit in this kelvin range are usually looking for bright white output, with very little blue to the light. One of our customers recently took some awesome pictures showing the differences...

    Led headlight worth it ?

AbNormy: jcthorne is correct. You do not modify your OE wiring, you simply reverse the locations of the wires on our harness. Take a look at this video on how to reverse polarity: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=txQx_kgGjJY

    Led headlight worth it ?

Unfortunately LED bulbs would not provide enough light output to be used as your low beams. Currently our brightest LED bulb is rated at 750 lumen which is still less than a halogen bulb. An HID kit would be your best option still. If you use the Spyder Lovers forum coupon code "SL" you can get...

leenanj: Xtreme ballasts have a super low starting draw meaning that the auto light feature should not be an issue with our kit. Jerbear: My pleasure =) Steve

    regarding HID lighting

I apologize for the late reply but I just saw this thread and figured I would comment as well (just in case someone is still reading this). XenonDepot Xtreme HID kit ballasts have EMI shielding to prevent any interference. It is also not suggested to "piggyback" the ballasts together as another...

    XenonDepot HID kit simple question

Hi, I would not suggest mounting the ballasts together. I would also suggest utilizing the tie straps supplied with the kit and not solely rely on the 3m double sided tape. Steve

If you are looking for something similar to the Osram bulb that is available in H7 and H8 I would suggest looking at the Putco Night White halogen bulb. Steve
