• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Think I found my dream helmet

We have two of these My wife has an Evoline 2 and I have an Evoline 3. We chose these helmets for the "fold back" feature which eliminates the drag when riding open faced. There's no doubt that they're probably a safer helmet than our Fulmers, but we just aren't as comfortable having our...

    Are we crazy??

Definitely not crazy. However, someone with more experience than myself needs to weigh in here on the necessary mods to go cross country. We don't want to give them the impression that they should undertake this journey with a stock RT right off the showroom floor. :lecturef_smilie:

Curious on who Virginia Spyder Owners have for insurance company

Spyder-Dude, I don't know if it's available in your area, but you might want to try Foremost. We're newbies, and they beat the next closest competitor by almost $300/yr. Good luck,

Adding BRP Bluetooth Dongle - Questions Answered.

Sorry if I'm re-hashing the post.. but, I've got the SM10, two SMH10's, and now I have the official Sena Can-Am cable. I was under the impression that I could pick up audio via my dongle and cable through the i-pod connection in the rear trunk of my RT. Am I missinformed?:dontknow:

    Beating the Rush

I know, I know... Not trying to make excuses...but we're only about 6 weeks into this "journey", and only have been able to log about 250 miles total (damn groundhog). So we haven't been able to build up the calluses on our old wrinkled butts. :D We're still kinda in the "venture out and...

Is a Motorcycle Safety Course Recommended?

Yes.....but, Being "seasoned" citizens, and also not having experience on two wheelers is the very reason we chose a Spyder SE5. I'm sure there's lot's of valuable info to be gleaned from attending an MSC, but we didn't want to have to learn how to ride, shift, and brake a two wheeled...
