• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Hybrids and MPG

This is true but we must also accept the complexity involved and just like with todays auto the only maintenance that most will be able to to is wash and wax.

    Hybrids and MPG

If I wanted better mileage and 3 wheels I would have bought a Harley trike, but I liked the advantages of the Spyder and sacrifice some mileage. I'm no engineer but suspect that BRP did the best they could with the design they settled upon, power, performance, economy. The hybrid Spyder they...

    Ron's Plug/Wire Set

Sorry about just getting back on this, just wanted to give it several runs and I believe it is a little peppier but again that's not why I replaced the wires and plugs. As far as the one were being short, that's not the case as it fits but I just suggested an inch or two more for the short one...

    Exhaust Options

Scotty is exactly right as usual and this has shown to be the case as reflected many times here on the forum. Some machines get away with just the hindle [or similar] and no additional mods and some don't, usually require just a 02 modifier.

Good info for those that travel and carry

One thing to remember going the Dirty Harry route is that more powerful rounds will travel through many walls maybe into a neighbors house. Another thing my cop buddy told me is a laser sight makes you an easy target. As far as the ears go you probably will never here it with so much...

    no more evo swaybar

The shop manual for the RS with the stock tires calls for a max. psi of 17. So is this wise to push the max rating? In my opinion 17 psi is plenty.

    seat cover

Just wanted to show this seat cover [$49] I got on eBay from bonniesdaddy63 a vendor who shows on ostrich cover usually. They offer other materials and this one is a basket-weave. I had it installed for $20 by AJ,s upholsterer after trying a few staples, no go. I found the stock seat to be...
