• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Goggles

Bob, I am pretty sure there are sun glass type goggles as I have personally seen some that seem like sunglasses. My issue is that glasses of all kinds feel strange to me since I never wear them and I am concerned that it could be a distraction to me on the road and we Spyder riders don't need...

    Goggles

I haven't tried a modular helmet but that has been one of consideration, okay now you have me off of the goggle topic at hand, lol, but here I go: I am kind of in the mindset to go completely full face for max protection or that anything less than that I might as well stick to my 3/4 style. As...

Hello all, I hope that today has brought or will bring you unexpected joy and peace... I am looking into my second helmet. First one still works fine and has never hit the ground. I'm just considering one that I have liked the look and fit of for a while which is rare for a guy with a head of...

    save gas or save time...

I agree sir, I didn't buy mine for gas mileage either, however for me gas mileage matters on a trip of this distance due to the cost of fuel. It's not the Spyder's fault that I haven't saved more money for the trip but I have to play the hand I have and cut costs where I can.

Bob, I will be honest 60 to 65 MPH would be hard for me to maintain as I am accustomed to faster speeds but that 42mpg sounds awesome!

Hello all, I hope that today as well as all of the others that end in Y go well for you. I have a trip coming up in about 4 weeks and I have been going over the numbers in my head and gas alone will be roughly $400(round trip). The total trip should be about 2400 miles so I am thinking on...

    2012 RS-S in questionable weather

Well Bob, I can tell you about the club. It is the Prowling Panthers M/C. We have a chapter in Tyler, TX and one in Dallas, TX(the one I am in). The club started in Tyler in 2009 and the Dallas chapter in 2012 so the club as a whole is fairly new in the M/C world considering that some clubs have...

Hello all, I hope that the day is going smoothly for you and continues to get better as it goes. Hello all, I am a little embarrased to have to ask this question, but I would rather be embarrased than to scratch the paint on my spyder. I recently purchased the Spyder web vent cover from custom dynamics for my RS-S. It seemed like the most simple "install" but you guessed it. I can't seem...
