• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I searched the for sale forum and even used the search box to specifically type Pennsylvania and did not see the one for $9800 that you mentioned.

Thanks for the responses. Fortunately the one we are looking at already has extra luggage. She will be on the Spyder by herself as I will still be riding my GS.

Hey all. My wife and I were going to look at a 2015 Spyder F3 SE6 this week for her. I only know about BMW oilheads and wanted to check in this technical forum about any known issues with this? Also, how difficult the maintenance is? Someone had posted in another forum about the maintinence...

I am fairly mechanically inclined and my brother in law was a motorcycle technician so I am not to worried about that. Also, most things if taken care of seem to last without expensive fixes. I appreciate the heads up though.

We are going this week to look at a 2015 F3 S6 Semi-auto for my wife with 12,375 miles. She doesn't have a permit yet but if it feels good to her sitting then I suppose I will be riding it home.

You said price is right in the ball park. Should we negotiate any on the price in your opinion? If something is a fair price we don't try to get the price down but if there is room for honest negotiating then we will.

We might go this week and take a look at that.

What do you all think about the price point for this one?

The one thing my wife really didn't like about the Ryker is, you don't get the trunk up front like the other models and she wanted a little more size. She does like the F3's.
