• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Trouble Shifting My RT SM5 Into Gear

Just tried to start it and it was a little sluggish starting. Can a low voltage from the battery cause this? I don't have a battery tender on it.

Is Can Am aware that some 2013 RT's have severe handling issues?

I have over 3000 miles since August on my 2012 RT. Didn't like the handling at all until i changed the air pressure to 20lbs on the front 28lbs on the rear tire and setting 5 on the front shocks. What a huge difference this made in handling in corners. Riding on the highway is still a struggle...

To Brake or Not To Brake....

The only safe way to use highway pegs with this machine is to have a front brake lever. By the time you have to get from the pegs to the foot brake in an emergency stop it could be too late!! No excuse to not have a front brake lever on these machines. Also, if something breaks on the foot brake...

    Constant Flashing......What about you?

The Harley guys i ride with in a group always think I am flashing them to pull over. Your right, its the movement up and down over bumps that makes it look like your flashing. And this is during daylight hours so I'm sure at night oncoming traffic thinks your flashing them.

    Greasing the Belt...

My 2012 RT belt squealed from day 1. I brought it to the dealer and it was good for a few days then started again. Brought it back again and thats when he told me that BRP changed the tension specs for the dealers when they set up an RT because of failures in the bearings. So the only solution...

Will Harley Davidson ever bring their reverse trike to market?

I Have to agree with you , it would be great to have some competition for BRP. The result is always positive for better service and product.
