• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Deb, I''m glad to see your ideas. I also need highway pegs. My inseam is 26" so I need to mount it somehow inside the black panel, not outside it like you have it. Jim is working on how to do that.

    Risers vs. bars

    I also have the Kewl 7" pull back bars with the 1" riser block. The bars are now up and pulled toward me allowing me to sit upright when I ride. I need that to relieve my back, and my arms. It is working great for me. Next is a custom seat for me, this one is way too hard!

    Hard to believe - I was at a wedding reception Sat. night here in Minneapolis. I was describing my Spyder to the husband of a friend of mine. He laughed and said he had just been in the UP and seen a whole bunch of them!!

    My experience with Kewl Metal has been excellent. They have responded quickly, usually the same day. Matt has spent considerable time explaining things to me so installs went smoothly. I have been very pleased with their service.

    Piaggio MP3 500, an alternative?

    I tried the Piaggio too and was impressed. I liked that it leaned in turns. However, being vertically challenged, the Spyder works better for me.
