• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    ANOTHER REAR TIRE BITES IT

When my tires look low on thread even not at the wear bars, I'd rather replace the tire than my life. All the talk about were the wear bars are show and millimeters are trivial to my well being. 70 bucks for a tire is cheaper than my hospital bills trying to push an extra 1k miles

Think if they put that in I could do wheelies with the bike, but then bounce all over hitting train tracks and potholes. Will stay at 23 and see if that works for now. Not riding a lot being 99...

    Front tire vibration

I just replaced my front tires to Federals and removed the Vee brand. What a difference. The Vee tires would shake the front end something fierce , even with Lamonsters balencers. Talking around found out that the Vee tires are made as bad as the OEM's are. Out of round and never be able to...

Kudos (again) to TRICLED - My new LED fender mounted spotlights

Might try the fuse that powers the rear cig plug. I think fuse # 6 goes on with the bike and off when off. It's listed in the manual. I think 6 is on only when the bike is running and 7 is hot all the time.

    5-40 CASTROL M/C OIL

The dealer just wants your $$. Thats all. Look in the manual and it says semi of full syn oil is fine as long as it meets the specs. Throw that page at the dealer and see what he says. Usually gets very quiet. Then find a new dealer if possible.
