• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    I have to agree with Valkrocket, not an OEM hole! Ask the person who you purchased it from. My guess would be the previous owner was planning to install a light and needed a hole to run the wire through.

    Honestly, it's not the dealership's fault. Fussing/complaining at them will do you no good at all. It might even be detrimental to you in the future. BRP is who everyone needs to be fussing at.

    If you removed the screw and it's not leaking, then count yourself lucky and just ride it as is.

    There is no sprocket recall for the 2020 plus models, only the older models. They did come out with a white model to address the noise issue, but it is not a recall item. Is the white one still available? :dontknow:

    I've Pre-Ordered a 2024 RT in Red...

    Lift up the seat and make sure that the wires are plugged in for the seat, if so remove and plug back up again making sure the plugs mate securely. Also, you might check that the plug on the back of the switch is connected properly also. Other than that, return it to the dealer. Mine does not...

    I would think that a touch screen dash would be more of a safety hazard than anything else. There's already enough distractions without that IMHO.

    2019 RT Handlebar grips getting too hot, is this normal?

    I turn mine to low on my 2020 RT and find it to be perfect for me. Can you tell if there is a difference in the heat between the high and low settings?
