• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    I lost a Panel…

I would still suggest you contact your dealer placing your order. I also had several online carts filled and ready to pull the trigger then called the dealer service department who has me in their DB as a customer and offered a better deal by $20 when I told them it was cheaper online.

    Where were we?

Gold stars to those that know where we were today. :2thumbs: Very long line, short wait, awesome food. Then we headed west and ran into this train car in the middle of a persons back yard. I can't find any information about it.

How to remove the rocker switch console?

I found the push pin, although it's no longer useful. I pulled it out and lost one of the pieces to the darkness. There are 4 others (2 on each side) and the 4 bolts so it's secure and I see no issues with the missing pushpin for now. Thanks.

How to remove the rocker switch console?

I have been studying the diagram and know there are just plastic clips on the back side of this piece but what is holding it on closest to the glove box? I have it ready to come out but can't find a clip or bolt. Thanks.

    Camping tent trailer

I've been looking since I bought the Spyder. Finding used camper trailers in the Ohio tri-state area has not been easy. Nothing pops up online when I search (often). Weight is still my main concern. From what I have researched the lightest camping trailer when fully loaded will still be...

    First extended ride of 2016

We started the Court House hunt last year, and yes it does fill more than a few pages in the scrapbook. We've covered quite a bit of road and it definitely makes things interesting, keeping you off the beatin path. We've seen quite a few Spyders on our adventures but mostly on the hi-ways and...

    First extended ride of 2016

Our first extended ride of 2016 is planed for 4/16 & 4/17. We hope to see some fellow Sypder Lovers on the road. We have no real agenda other than stopping at the county court houses so my wife can get a picture for her scrapbook. Give us a shot out if your going to be on the road.

    Cooling Vest

From what I have read the magic formula is 1 cup rubbing alcohol for 2 cups water + silica beads. Here is someone who made an entire jacket.

This is why I am only buying from those that do post the information, or I email and have it in writing.

    Cooling Vest

The cold/hot reusable jel bead packs work well. I am now looking to make my own custom sealed pouches which will slip inside the jacket liner, or attach with Velcro. You can get packs of jel beads (15k - 25k) for less than $20. I plan on using the food saver pouches to store them in.

    LED IP Ratings

I thought I would post this info here. With all the DIY farkles and distributors it's important to ask if the product is rated for your application. LED IP ratings for light strip applications. http://cf15b789f6bb8d07b25c-2d470b3b8ed0d0e4acaac2b28486630d.r49.cf2.rackcdn.com/IPinforgraphic.jpg...

Anyone want me to take pics?

I had made a suggestion a while ago of creating a reference for all the wired connections for the OEM harness so when we want to add farkles / power bridge adapters we are not guessing which ones are needed. Which are 2 pin, 3 pin, 5 pin, etc? This would be handy. Thanks.
