• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    18 F3L. Weird sound. Help?

So When I am in first gear and hit about 17-18 MPH, I get this wa wa wa sound from what appears to be my left front wheel. Once I hit 25MPH, I can't hear it anymore. I replaced the wheels, but that did not fix it. Could the Kanine Tire be doing that?

What is the farthest miles you have gone in one day ?

Rode from Kansas city MO to Denver Colorado in 2 days. Since it was about 100 F both days, I felt that ride going. Much better on the way back home. We stopped more often.

I personally could not care less what my MPG is. I just ride the way I want, and then fill it up when necessary.

Question on removing a Bright Chrome Rear Footrest Support

Was going to use pounded metal on it. Definitely much better than standard paint. At least, I hope so.

Question on removing a Bright Chrome Rear Footrest Support

Obviously painting with them off makes it easier. But I can do it this way. I have a car chromed and white and looks great. I am not liking it on the bike. It is an 18 F3L. I am close to 50 years old and just love that all black look.

Question on removing a Bright Chrome Rear Footrest Support

So I have this in chrome on both sides. I would like to remove them so I can paint them black. But with them tied into the frame, is this possible without taking any of the bars off? Not real sure how to proceed. I appreciate any guidance.

So I have a chrome cover that sits to the right of the pully cover and is larger than the pully cover. What is it called?? And can it easily be removed for painting?

How do you dress for a ride?

How do you dress for a ride?

I wear tee-shirt and shorts typically for shorter rides or when cooler. But I do wear pants when hot out and for longer rides because the heat will burn my lower right leg otherwise. It happened with out trip to Colorado from Kansas. It was 100 out and I had shorts on. Ended up changing to pants...

    Hesitation from stop

When I first start mine, when I give it throttle, the engine goes all over the place as I wait for it to engage. I need it running for 5 minutes or so before all that ridiculousness goes away. Once that happens, it wont happen again until I start it cold again. My old 2016 F3T did the same...

F3L, how to remove the plastic grills that sit in front of the speakers

Looks like what it was were medal clips that went down to lock the grill in place. Once I pulled off the medal clip, the whole thing came right off.

F3L, how to remove the plastic grills that sit in front of the speakers

I have this place where it looks like it is under it, and there is no movement from it. I don't see how to release that side of it. I saw the other small clips and those release easily. I can't get my picture small enough to post it here. But it looks like the grill piece is under this large clip
