• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    pipe weight??

    10 pounds My short term memory isn't what it use to be. I did weight the Hindle and the stock exhaust during the swap. If I remember correctly (BIG IF) I believe the Hindle was just shy of 10#s lighter. Ice

    Oil consumption

    I am also having excessive oil consumption. I've used 1/2qt + in 1500 miles. I pulled the right side panels and all is dry. I've also owned many Japanese bikes as well as 86 Harley and never have had an oil burning problem. My Harley has 112K miles and uses at most 1/4 qt between 3000 mile oil...

    Gas Smell !!!

    I've notice a definite gas smell from my spyder during the past few week. I only notice it after a ride when I park in a closed garage. If it persist, I'll probably have to entertain a visit to the dealer. :(

    Spyder Highway Pegs All done
