• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I haven't heard but in my three weeks in Michigan the last week in August and the first two weeks in September, I only saw one spyder and that was on I-69 near Port Huron. I was surprised that I didn't see more. Only others I saw were at dealers in Big Rapids and Baldwin.

    Rear Fender is Broke

Well 26,000 miles and now the rear fender brackets are broke. Called the dealer and he wants me to bring it in (140 miles) and then a tech will inspect it...then the dealer will call Western Services who will then set up a claim. They said that then Western will send an inspector to inspect the...

    Rt222 trailer price?

I just returned from my trip from Michigan and there was one at Peacock motors on Hwy 37 and one at the dealership East of Big Rapids and both of them were at least $1000 off list price (if I remember correctly).

Trading In / Upgrading to RS or RT. Your Thoughts?

Currently I have a 2008 yellow SM5 w/Corbin seat, Evo III windshield, seal floorboards, speakers and three inch risers. While I love my spyder, as some of you know I have had some problems with the front sprocket, master cylinder and rebuilding of the engine. So I am thinking of trading it in...

    Why I love spyderlovers.com

I LOVE THIS SITE!!!! Let me explain why. There are so many smart people on this site who have a lot of important information to share. In my case, I am NOT mechanically inclined, so when I took the spyder down to the dealer to fix the brakes, I decided to have a new rear tire installed. Ordered...

    Foot Brake Adjustment

I had the same problem, had to have a guy fabricate a 1.5 inch riser to the brake pedal. If it had been two inches higher it wouldn't have a problem. What I am worried about now is if the extra weight is causing a problem. While I was heading to the dealer to resolve the brake failure, my wife...

Where did you get it from? Is it metal? After having my license plate tear, I bought a metal frame when I replaced the plate, wouldn't mind advertising spyderlovers.

    New Brake Failure

Just turned 24,000 miles and received an error code of brake failure. This is the second time this happened. The first time it happened at 15,000 miles, I was able to add brake fluid and that fixed the problem. This time it didn't work. Had a mechanic look at the brakes and the pads appear to be...

That was what I was looking for originally and then when I did a google search of three wheelers I saw the spyder and fell in love with it and said that is what I want. Three months later I was a proud owner.

    Lesson learned

It is also a great place to store your digital camera. After going on a poker run, I got some great pictures of all the bikes that were involved. I get home and can't find the camera. I then get a call from the club president that they found my camera with the tire marks on it where I rode over...

    BEST Question

Well I am sitting here with a $2250 bill I had to pay because they would not cover the sprocket and drive shaft when when it went out at 19,000 miles. Said it was normal wear and tear, so if you have some contact w/Western Service that can get claims paid, I would like to send you the paperwork...
