• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Installed a new battery in my bike a couple of weeks ago and since then it has started having a problem when starting and it doesn't matter whether the bike is just ridden or been sitting. It doesn't happen all the time but way too often to be comfortable with. Hit the key and the bike gets a...

    Wife didn't see the humor

I disconnected the wiring to the fuel gauge and didn't think anymore about it. Like the digital display a lot better and think it shows the level a lot better. Analog showed about a quarter and digital just under a half tank. Anyhow , my wife is a stickler on watching the fuel gauge and I...

Asking Those Who Have Made A Trike Switch

GW trike Had a GW with California side car trike kit installed , extended forks. Absolutely loved it ............when I still owned it. Sold the GW and bought a spyder RTSS and then realized it was the costliest mistake I'd ever made. Curves that I could burn on the GW I had to pussyfoot...

Slick Now that operation is slicker than socks on a duck !!! Any problem with the spyder nose dragging getting on or off ? If I were going to do much hauling I think this would be the way to go. I have a landscape trailer that's too narrow. I bought an enclosed cargo trailer to haul my wing...

Ohio roads 555 is truly a great road to ride . There's a bunch of roads in this part of the state that are "made " for riding the spyder on . There are some really great roads in the Marietta area that has it all , from scenery to twistys and all in between. Went on a teddy bear run last...

    Missing tool ?

Double checking posts Didn't mean to come across the way I did on using the allens vs the torx. Didn't mean to lead anyone down the garden path. I wasn't taking into consideration there are people that do not have the mechanical experience that I've had and would just ......."assume " ....that...

    Missing tool ?

alternative tools Yep , I agree on using the right tool for the right job but in this case I had no alternative. My wife wasn't home and my truck is in the shop so I had to make do. If it was a really critical component I wouldn't have used the allen wrench , I would have waited and got the...

Most comfortable long distance seat? Corbin, Russell, Day-Long, Ultimate.......

new seat....long ride As mentioned above , don't buy a new seat just before going on a long trip ......you will be ( sorely ) sorry. Every seat I've had has been pretty miserable for at least a couple thousand miles before starting to be comfortable. I wasn't told that my last custom seat would...

    12000 mile inspection

I know that there are some that are going to find fault with my questions for various reasons. The questions are exactly what " should be done " or what actually " needs " to be done.I have read the BRP specs and know what they say " needs " done but I question some of it and I've had opinions...
