• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Has anyone tried this lift from Harbor Freight?

I am with you there. I had to raise mine up to install the front bumper/skid plate and I jacked up the A-arms and put blocks of wood under the tires until I had the height I needed. Having two floor jacks made this an easy choice.

Has anyone tried this lift from Harbor Freight?

Why would you install anything else than the best?

Has anyone tried this lift from Harbor Freight?

You don't need to go that high if you cut the old sway bar, then it will just slide out.

My Thoughts on the 2025 RTL

You will be surprised to know the only thing they did different was to discontinue routing 12 volts to the rear of the bike for your trailer lighting adapter. All you needed to do was run one wire from the CIC connector to the rear of the bike.

Is there a 'Full Tank' Triangle? If so, where? '22 RT

There are little triangles in side the filler tube at the top , maybe they mean those when full. I can't get it as high as they show in the manual without worrying it will pour out.

Losing a bit of faith in Can Am - enjoy the riding, but not the endless waiting while they find parts and fix all the niggling issues!

On the 2024 RTL CC is a momentary push button that once pressed stays ON until you turn off the Spyder. Then you have to press it again on the next ride. On my BMW K1200LT it is a physical switch that I turned on 21 years ago and it is still on.

    Riding Gear Poll

While I am not delusional in thinking ATGATT will save me in all cases I am, however, confident I will be able to have an open casket funeral. I choose Track Ready as my choice as it was the only one that listed riding pants and I always wear ATGATT.

2024 RT Limited 'Suspension Fault' messages flashing on the screen - suspension compressor or no?

Check to make sure the suspension sensor link is attached. There was a post that showed it disconnected and the rider was having issues.

How can I leave the parking brake off when parked in the garage?

Has anyone found the beeper? Probably inside the cluster, but I would like to find it to turn it off.

What just happened? Two weeks old: Engine shut down, VSS Error.

Sounds to me you have a gremlin in the right control cluster. For those not familiar with the 24 RT the kill/run/start switch is a one piece unit. Push up for kill push slightly down for run and push all the way down to start, when you release it returns to run. I would have them swap out a...

Is there a APP for SpyderLovers to put on the phone?

I have used Tapatalk App for other forums.

Can anyone post a pic of the Seat Latch Lug on a 2022 Spyder RT?

You could get a machinist to make you one if you had a sample to take to them. Might even make your own from a long bolt, just grind the head into the cone shape and add a few nuts to secure it.

Can anyone post a pic of the Seat Latch Lug on a 2022 Spyder RT?

Is this what you are looking for? If so you may be out of luck as it is not available separately .

Have you experienced any Road rage incidents?

Honking your horn seems to bring out the beast in some people. I rarely use it and only in short bursts for lane encroachments.

Do the 2023/24 RT Speakers sound good & loud enough?

I have never used the speakers as I do not share my music with everyone around me, I keep it in my helmet. Where it belongs.

New software Update for Spyders Nov 30 '24 - anyone updated their '24 RT? What does it do?

That is a lot nicer than the one I have, may have to get one.

New software Update for Spyders Nov 30 '24 - anyone updated their '24 RT? What does it do?

I got the same camera from Amazon. I plan to tap into the lines for the camera AT the CIC connector as I already have a jumper in there for the Show Chrome trunk lights. A lot easier than tearing the left saddle bag apart again. OK It was a lot easier than I thought. It is electrically...

Need some clarification on using Bluetooth Speakers & Headset for Phone Calls on my 2024+ RT

FWIW I always run headset for music and calls are no issue. I have not tried running audio in the bike speakers and then getting a phone call. I would imagine it would revert to headset for the call and mute the speakers. Easy to test it though. I have the phone and headset paired to the bike...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I would not think you could warp a rotor in 3,000 miles, they must have been bad from the beginning.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Installed my TricLED Dynamic Driving Lights today. Always good to have more bright white light in the front. I don't plan to ride much at night but if I do find myself out after dark, these will follow the front wheels in a turn for better visibility. Oh and I also installed my temp custom...
