• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Malfunction of the stock direction indicator lights blinking fast - any ideas/fixes?

No good news... After isolating the four corner lights one by one, only the front lights or the back lights, or only the left side or right side, there's no way to make them flash normally. The symptoms are the same. If the bike is switched off for half an hour or so and then switched back...

Malfunction of the stock direction indicator lights blinking fast - any ideas/fixes?

You are right, my friend. For now, I am investigating myself, but last chance will see the service. My logic behind is BUDS. Yesterday, I got the shop manual and all the troubleshooting goes thru BUDS signal checking. For now, I have discovered that the rear lights are not stock (I...

Malfunction of the stock direction indicator lights blinking fast - any ideas/fixes?

Thanx for your reply, unfortunately for me my model does not have a flasher to replace . The last chance I have is to ask for our Spyder dealer for repair, probably with the next service, but I would like to solve it before if possible.

Malfunction of the stock direction indicator lights blinking fast - any ideas/fixes?

Hi guys, Just asking if you can give me an idea about what is going on with my stock direction indicators. Before I start, no modification has been done beyond installing a USB power connection for my phone, but it was done more than one year ago, well before the problem with the direction...

Do you need to remove the rear tire for Rear Brake Replacement?

    Introducing myself and my 'Batmobile'.

Original shocks replaced by EMC Shocks units. Model Road 2. About 2000€ the three units. Stunning change 😃 Next station, the sway bar. Does anybody know if they exist supplied or manufactured in Europe? The customs fee is a problem, so I would prefer to buy here if possible.

Any advice on 'better than stock' F3 heated grips?

Definitely not recommended for the Spyder. I managed to install it and it does work good, as usual; but the Spyder throttle pipe is about 2 mm thicker than the standard for motorbikes, so it was a nightmare to fit the Oxford grip on the right side. Not a job for beginners.

    Introducing myself and my 'Batmobile'.

Totally agree with you, Andy. It happened to me the same with a CAN AM RENEGADE 1000, the stock shocks are not bad quality but needed several tries to adjust correctly to suit my weight and use. But in the case of the Spyder, IMHO, we are paying a lot of money for a not usable shock, even for...

    Introducing myself and my 'Batmobile'.

The old owner only did 2000 miles, I think he had no time to properly know the bike. My F3 model is an "S". No magic here, just a common hydraulic shock and spring with no settings, nothing. The point is that closer to me, a local dealer is selling a "two-seater spring" option for the F3. That...

    Introducing myself and my 'Batmobile'.

Just placed some questions to EMC-Suspensions guys, also French people. Past weekend tested the Spyder with my wife behind. We are not heavy people, about 80 kilograms each including motorbike gear. What a disaster the suspension, bottoming continuously even on good asphalt roads!! I can...

Any advice on 'better than stock' F3 heated grips?

Oxford heated grips always gave me a superb result. Four units installed in several ATV's, and I just ordered some yesterday to install in my Spyder.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

    Introducing myself and my 'Batmobile'.

Just to introduce myself and the Batmobile as my family says 😂 Unit used for first time past Saturday. Second-hand, two years old, with about 1500 miles. First impression is front and back suspension is rubbish, needs to be replaced. Also front windshield is a must. The rest is a driving...
