• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2024 models - my observations re the Driveline whine - do other 2024 owners hear the same?

After having my 2024 F3L Limited for a few months, I have noticed a change in the driveline whine that previous years have had. Before, my 2020 RTL and the 2022 F3L Limited had the known 50-53 mph whine. When I drove home with the 2024, I did not notice the whine and thought that BRP finally...

May be old news to some, but the 2024/25 starting procedure doesn't need you to wait for the display safety stuff...

For the 2024/25 RT/F3 owners this may be old news to you and if not so be it. When starting up the bike, after turning key on, instead of waiting for the display stuff to go through the safety stuff, just twist forward the throttle and hit the start button. Can save a few seconds.

    Traded my 2022 F3 Ltd for a 2024 F3 Ltd - lots to like!

I recently traded my 2022 F3 Limited Special in on a 2024 F3 Limited Special. I really like the new dash display with all of the information available and everything is much easier to see/read. I kept the aftermarket windshield from the 2022 and placed it on the 2024. I had a 2020 RT Limited...

What, if any, differences or improvements are there on 2024 Spyders over earlier?

These questions are directed towards those of you that have purchased a new 2024 F3L or even a RTL bike. Are the headlights better than previous model years in regard to their brightness? How is the instrumentation appearance as opposed to previous models? Is operating the reverse simpler? I...

Is Common Sense going the way of the Passenger Pigeon?

Yep, it is a rant. So often I read on the forum questions about why something is not operating correctly or how to do this or that, when if the person would take the time to go through the owner's manual and become familiar with the bike and how to operate the functions, that could take care of...

    Just Thinking Out Loud

As I read over the many questions that subscribers inquire about, can't help but think that if that person would just open up and read the owners manual, he/she would have the answer. Just saying....

When looking at windshields online, there is a dimension given in inches. Is that the linear length or height vertical from a fixed point on bike?

    Happy With New Ride

I have gone from a 2020 RTL to a 2022 F3L Special. The F3 brings back my two wheeler days with wind in the face, a little engine heat on the legs and fun to take sharp turns. The laid back riding is better I think than the straight up position of the RTL. Really impressed with ability to take...

F3L vs RTL comparison questions - any input?

I currently have a 2020 RTL and am thinking about changing to a 2022 F3L Special. I understand that the storage capacity is less on the F3. Is that in the frunk due to front end design difference? Does the F3 windshield allow more wind onto the passenger head area? Does the more open engine...

Ferry Crossings - do Spyders need to strap down?

I Looked around for some info but did not find for my question. With two wheelers, I always had to strap down the bike for long ferry crossings like going to Newfoundland, and the Alaskan ferry. Now with three wheels, will I be required to strap down or park with the four wheelers?

    Not Bad

Took a little ride yesterday. Some twisting hilly back roads( 4,5 gear) then Interstate running 70( 6 gear-just below the harmonic belt vibration). Ride was on 2020 RTL with 3000 miles. Averaged 42MPG on 200 mile run. Not too shabby for two up.
