• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    After 84,000 km's and 3 years of selling these... I finally locked my IPS in the trunk. :cus: Got a ride home, came on this thread and found this post. Ran back to my Spyder and within 20 seconds, popped the trunk. LOL Thanks

    I'm told that there is a way to get rid of "brake failure" scrolling across the display on the guage cluster. Something about turning key on, then off, then on again while pressing down on brake pedal. Does anyone know the sequence? I know why it came on... Will be getting it fixed eventually...

    126 MPH OR 203KPH recorded on my GPS... before tall windshield and side deflecters. Now only 121 MPH OR 195 KPH.

    It was blown... but in 4 1/2 years and 80,000 km's it's the 1st and only fuse I've blown. Have a spare one now and if it blows again... I'll have to troubleshoot.

    Original Premier Edition Owners

    I was in San Diego in Feb 07 when they unveiled the Spyder. Ordered one right away, promoted it so much that by June 07 I was hired by my local dealership. Got mine, PE # 684 in Nov 07. Now have 74,500 on the same machine. Don't sell them any more, but still love the ryde. :2thumbs:
