• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Help! Spyder not starting

Thank you all for the replies. Sorry I haven't posted. Work is busy. There was an audible "POP" when I turned the key originally. I blew out the ignition switch with canned air. I checked all the fuses None are blown. The battery should be fine and the connections are solid. Still nothing...

    Help! Spyder not starting

My F3S was left outside overnight and it rained. The next day I dried it off and went to start it and something "popped" and now there is no power to anything. I did check all the fuses and none are blown that I can tell. I'm at a loss. I would really like to fix this myself as the local...

Need to trailer 2 Spyders an RT and F3 with saddlebags

Thanks guys for the great information. I did not realize how expensive trailers are. Holy crap.:banghead: We're re-evaluating. The cost of a trailer + the cost of a new vehicle + trailer storage = :yikes: Sigh...

Need to trailer 2 Spyders an RT and F3 with saddlebags

Sorry for the delay. We don't have a tow vehicle yet. Looking for one now. We are open to buying or renting a trailer. My wife is not keen on long extended trips on the Spyder, so the thought is we would trailer them to our destination, then use the trikes. We have a 13 year old daughter...

Corbin: $2000 for defected saddlebags- Not Fair treatment

Update I use a 1/4 inch washer under the hinge (1/16" thick) and it worked pretty well. The door closes and latches. It doesn't rub but it also has big differences in gaps. I'll play around with it and see if I can adjust a little more. I still have to test for leakage. I'm pretty sure they...

Corbin: $2000 for defected saddlebags- Not Fair treatment

troubleshooting... I fabricated a nylon insert to add some space under the hinge. 1/4". Totally messed up the dynamics of the lid. It wouldn't even close. Next I fabricated an aluminum one 1/8" thick and I could close the door, but it rubbed on the inside edge. I don't think the answer is...

Corbin: $2000 for defected saddlebags- Not Fair treatment

AARGH! I was so hoping it was just mine... I really wished I had read this thread in February. I ordered bags and a seat for my F3-S during Bike Week in Daytona. The seat is very nice and fits near perfectly. The bags on the other hand #&@*(@#&@#%*(!!!!! The right bag's top mounting holes...

    Circling Lake Okeechobee

Just a note... The earthen works around lake Okeechobee were put there because in the 1920s a couple of hurricanes went through causing a ton of destruction. The second one killing about 2000 people. They built the dyke to prevent that kind of destruction in the future. And it works...

    Need Help Swapping UFit Settings

That was me... Thanks for bringing up the fact that I can't read... well... Anyway, I ended up returning the bags so the evidence is gone. I agree that the adjustment of the UFit system should be better. I'm 6'1" and my wife is 5'7" She's comfortable on peg position 3, and position 4 is Ok...

    Corbin saddlebags

    F3 WINDSHIELD ADAPTER

Sorry for the delay... Here's a picture. You have to play with the orientation. I had it all the way up and it caused weird buffeting on my helmet. I moved it down a little and out and it helped reduce it. It's real easy to put together and adjust.

    Saddlebags Yay!!! Almost...

I actually feel that it's a design flaw. The lid is too flexible and can't complete the seal when closed. It's also the locking mechanism. Did you notice that one side the key was vertical when locked and the other it was horizontal? This is because they used the same locking lever inside and...

    Saddlebags Yay!!! Almost...

They have been removed, packed up and are ready to be returned to the dealer. They tried to convince me that they are "Water Resistant" and that they sell the liner bags. LOL.

    Flash EMS?

Just to be clear, I have no intention of modifying my maps. Yet. I would absolutely wait until a) warranty is up and b) it's paid off and c) I had a spare ems. I have a 350Z Nismo and a friend who runs a business creating maps and flashing the ems thought it would be interesting to try sometime.
