• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Throttle body whistle from BajaRons intake system - any tips to reduce the noise?

Silicone ear plugs, as Pegasus mentioned, could be a solution, but riding two up comm would be problem.

Oil leak at 100 miles! New 2024 S2S

Following your long list of aggravation on You Tube, as a customer, you certainly have been treated poorly. I don't understand BRPs attitude.

Looks like it's time to give up the ride - thoughts fm others who've faced this?

I'm getting on in the age scene and have often thought about the Miata convertible, vs our 2020 RTL, but there's just not enough room for a road trip. I cannot think of as solution for that minor problem.

How Long did BRP take to contact you after your Spyder purchase, if at all??

2020 RTL, nothing from BRP, not surprised nor offended. Definitely not into surveys, they are time wasted and meaningless.

Dealer says Car tires damage fenders - does this make sense???

Missing the Blue Knight's comments. He was 'the go to Spyder Tire Man'

Another Dealer Drops the Spyder Line

I hesitate to beat a dead horse here, but it's obvious we need more dealers, not less. BRP should provide better incentives for their Spyder dealers. Yes, I know, BRP could give a flip what I think. Who knows what those machines, and parts, are gonna cost with the tariffs hanging out there.

After owning 3, lack of dealer support is forcing me to give up on Spyders!

Good Monday morning Gerald, at the ripe young age of 92, I quite understand your dilemma. I do have still have my 2020 RT, still changing the oil and filter, and riding it with the Mrs from time to time but continue to rethink keeping it for the reasons you mention. No more than day rides for...

Did oil change & checked level properly; NO oil showing on dip stick - any ideas?

My method which is just my choice, remove filter, let the oil drain for 30 mins or so, replace filter, install drain plugs remember to replace crush washers. Refill with the exact amount shown in the book with a scant pint more and go. If there is no oil leaks, that's it. What can possibly be...

    Can-Am dealers not hungry?

Dealers hungry? Definitely not! Not sure why, owners super rich? Maybe they are making enough $ on service and repair??

What can I do to get a straight shot at the Rear Tire valve Stem?

BRP reuses to fix an 'aggravation', but we all love our Spyders, right?

    I am now Spyderless

I wish you well Pete, since you kept some gear, you might be back. There comes a dreaded time for all of us. As some know here, at 92 years, I think about it.

Did oil change & checked level properly; NO oil showing on dip stick - any ideas?

Mariner, I just kept reading until I found yours. That is exactly what I do, hot/warm drain, then dump 5 quarts back in, button up, and ride. We all pretty much agree that stick is difficult to read at best. If you really must check the dip, then after a nice leisurely ride, shut it down, let it...

5 MOTORCYCLES THAT ARE NOTORIOUSLY EXPENSIVE TO MAINTAIN

I follow Ron's common sense comment's carefully knowing that he's seen it all with BRP. At the ripe old age of '71', experience goes a long way, I compete with him looking at 92 come February. Jus sayin, not riding my 20 RTL as much as I used to, but the Mrs and I still enjoy the short trip...
