I just bought a used 2013 RT from a dealer. Spoke to the previous owner and they stated there were no issues. They just traded for a smaller two wheeler. Test drive showed no issues. Trailered it home and today was the first good weather. Got it out and within the first 5 miles it wasn’t shifting right and didn’t seem to have much torque. Then the Check Transmission light came on when I tried to speed up. Slow down it went off. Then the R N lights started flashing and an E showed up in the gear display. Stopped at a friends house. Checked oil and it seems to be very low. Put in about half a quart and headed for home. Same issues. With the dry sump it’s hard to know if you have really checked the level. I followed the oil check instructions.
Would very low oil cause this? Shouldn’t I have seen an oil pressure light? Or is it the TCM?
