I have a 2013 RT Limited wit CB and entertainment system and am having trouble setting the intercom microphone turn on point or sensitivity. what function and screen can I find this setting on. And also the intercom volume setting. Some one out there knows the answer. The dealer I went to doesn't have a clue.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Intercom Settings
The intercom settings are all under the CB itself (at least on my 2012 RT Limited). Try this:

The intercom settings are all under the CB itself (at least on my 2012 RT Limited). Try this:
- Use mode to move to the CB settings
- Then the right arrow to move to the "slider" that looks like a microphone, up / down to set volume and SET to hold it in place
- Move the arrow one setting to the right to the "slider" that looks like a speaker, a long press DOWN turns the intercom off and UP will set the voice activation for the intercom / CB. Press SET to hold the setting.
- There is also a "balance" front to back under the base audio settings. Since I never carry a passenger, I have mine "balanced" all to the driver or front.
