• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

$3000 motorcycle

Nope.. Hadn't seen this one here before. Good catch!
Do you think that the price might actually work against? (Cheap Chinese knock-off??)
For an around-Town "Tooter", it might actually work just fine!

Hmmm. For just $1000 more I can get into the new Japanese 250cc bike market-- Suzuki, Kawa, Honda-- with better quality, higher reliability and dependable dealer networks.

When I bought my beloved her Vespa, I spent time chatting with the dealer about the cheapo Chinese scooters coming here. His policy, like other scooter dealers, was simple: "You can buy 'em, but I won't fix 'em. Impossible to find parts, might as well consider them disposable razors."

Maybe that's the solution? Give the bikes away for free, and charge out the nose for repairs? :joke:

You saw that too... :roflblack: We just got a whole bunch of ammo for the next discussion with a Harley owner who gets a bit testy...

It's not ammo. Everyone is entitled to their opinion regarding foreign or domestic and whether it's just parts of a machine and loop holes that a company uses to make money; can you say Walmart and Mexico?

I'm just thinking that if one of them gets a bit loud or obnoxious during a discussion; it's nice to have this info in one's hip opocket for an emergency... You never play your best cards first!

I would not mind having one just to bump around on. Do miss having two wheels sometimes but nothing will make me get rid of my spyder. Definitely agree about the Harley thing too! Did anyone check out their website and see their other bikes? I want "tha hooligun"

I have a 2008 Johnny Pag Spyder and like it OK. I bought it for $3k, get lots of comments on it and have done a few mods on it. It's only a 300cc engine and had no storage so it's simply for local puttering.
