• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Another question while I wait

Did I read correctly that the plug in piece one can order for the GPS to hook up to does not let one hear the GPS over the headset. The only way to hear it in the helmet is to use the AUx in the back??

Just checking, trying to get the ducks in a row... but they wander....

Does anyone know if this is correct? I am thinking of buying the adapter harness, but if it doesn't allow me to hear the GPS through the headset, I will not get it.

Thanks

Willy

You can not hear the gps through the BRP headset. I think you can through the J&M headset but I'm not sure.

I use earbuds plugged into the adapter in the front and I can hear the gps and everything else.

I have the BPR Garmin and their intercom, but use J&M headsets. We cannot hear the GPS through the headsets, but it works fine through the external speakers.

Thanks for the responses. The connector you are showing a picture of is the aux connector?? If so very newbie question, there is one in the front and the back on the rts? If so I will just use the Aux in the front...

Duh... nevermind, I looked at the pic again and you are just plugging the gps directly into the buds...

Thanks
