I'll admit that we got taken in by the hype and had to watch this last night.
We NEVER watch boxing, or any of the 'combat' sports, other than football.
What a farce!
Anyone watch this?
Joshua toyed with Paul for the first 5 rounds, spared if you will. Then he took it up to about 50% and put Paul down.
This was SO rigged! Joshua got a $92 million payday, why not?
With Joshua's 6" of extra 'reach' over Paul, his power, his experience. He should have taken Paul's head off VERY early in the fight, and he had several opportunities to do that very thing and passed.
At least the first fight and the women's match were real and entertaining.
At one point in the fight, Paul was down on the mat and the ref said something to him including, "the fans didn't pay to see this crap".
