Any riders in the Houston area up for a ride/dinner on Wednesday 9/26?

Anyone in the Houston area up for a ride and dinner on Wednesday? We'll be at MD Anderson Wed/Thurs but should be available after 5 on Wed. We're hoping to head home after mid-afternoon doctor's appt. on Thursday. We'd love to get together and ride around the area with some local folks. Hope to hear from you soon. We're leaving tomorrow after Ed gets his IV antibiotics to head to Greenville for our RT.

We might be able to ride around in the morning/early afternoon on Wed. if that would work out with anyone. Ed's first appointment that day isn't until 2.

Lets' see what we can do. Hospital district is kinda a rough part of town. Where are ya'll going to be staying. Trying to think, there is a couple eateries right in the area. We're about 40mi. north up 45. Let's see if anyone else chimes in.

I am off on Wednesday and live about 20 minutes south of the medical center. On Wednesday nights we usually meet at a sports bar called Crazy Frogs off of Hwy 290 and West Road at about 6:30. Usually 4-5 Spyders there. We meet up with a group of Southern Cruisers there. Also on Wednesday nights there is a bike meet up in the Galleria about 8pm. Not sure where you are staying or how early you have to get to bed but the Med Center is not too far from the Galleria. Will send you a pm with my telephone number if interested in meeting up. We will be finalizing our plans for our trip to Vandiver the following morning at Crazy Frogs. Twain :f_spider:

Looking forward to seeing you guys tomorrow...hope we put the right Crazy Frog's in our GPS. If it's not the one labeled "B" in their ad on google let us know. That one looked like it fit the bill for West Road and 290. Had an interesting day picking up our Spyder today...ran into Schnauzer and Twain's cousin picking up a new RT there. Got to ride with them from Greenville to Houston. I think I'd have an ulcer if I had to drive in Houston traffic all the time...glad we're just visiting! I want the quieter roads of the (FL) Panhandle!
