• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone found a Wireless Car Play/Android Auto Adapter that works with 2024 and up Spyders?

This question is only for 2024 and newer Spyders.

Has anyone found one of the wireless Car Play/Android Auto adapters that work with a 2024 and up Spyder? NOT a new screen, it's just an adaptor that plugs into the USB port. I have tried several that work with Harley, but the Spyder just reports the device has an incompatible iOS version and does not connect.

Following. I was somehow able to get my ipod music to play through my 2024 RT speakers but it was very low volume. (almost nonexistent) It was as if the amplifier did not kick in. This was not an issue on my 2015. I got a great deal on my 2024 but did not realize bluetooth issues existed.

With the latest software update, I have had no issues with bluetooth link to play music from my phone. It's Apple Carplay and BRPs active refusal to work with Android Auto that is the problem.

Sorry, I got the headset and wireless adapters switched. Have you tried the Carlinkit Mini Untra 2in1 Wireless Adapters. It works on my Goldwing. I was just wondering, since I ordered a 2026 Sea to Sky, hoping someone finds the right adapter to work on Can Am's.

I purchased 2 devices and tried them, and they didn’t work! I think it’s because of BRP, not the devices themselves.

If you find one working, let us know! ;)

I also tried several and even got one manufacture to do some diagnostic logging on my bike to find out why the Z3 device would not work when it works fine on Harley and Honda bikes. Turns out BRP is actively preventing adapters from being used during the handshake. This is all on BRP, not Google or the device manufacturers.

Check your phone music volume. I have a 2023 S2S and if my Bluetooth volume is turned down low, the volume on my Spyder speakers is also low. I run my Bluetooth on max,
Thanks, I tried that as I read that the volume is sometimes moved to the lowest level. That's not the issue in my case. Mine is that the software does not support iPods with Bluetooth to connect to the '24's S2S system.

The Carlinkit mini ultra works. It’s the only I found that worked. Amazon carries it but you get it a lot cheaper at AliExpress

Won't this all be moot when Can Am releases the next software up grade that is supposed to include Android Auto and will be totally wireless?
There is no update coming to add Android Auto to Spyders - Period. Google no longer supports Android Auto on motorcycles. This is why it's also no longer included on Harley, Indian, or Honda bikes either. BRP has confirmed this as well. IT'S NOT COMING.

Coming to BRP GO!

Create itineraries, see friends’ live location on the map and enjoy advanced navigation on the 10.25-inch touchscreen display. Works with Android and iOS, no headset required. Available in spring 2026.

And some clarification about the BRP GO! app support:

THE BRP GO! APP CAN BE USED ON WHICH VEHICLE DISPLAYS?
BRP GO! can be used on:
- The 7.8" display of 3-wheel vehicles: When BRP GO! is connected to the display, you can use select compatible apps on the vehicle display (through screen mirroring).
- The 10.25" display of electric motorcycles: When BRP GO! is paired with the display, it will offer vehicle information of your Can-Am electric motorcycle right from your phone

*For the 10.25" display of 3-wheel vehicles, Apple CarPlay replaces the screen mirroring features of the BRP GO! app.

So no, Android won't work with the 10.25" display on 3-wheel vehicles, only with the 10.25" display of the CAN-AM electric motorcycles.

New on-road navigation features on the BRP GO! mobile app will be coming out in Spring 2026! This solution will work seamlessly on both Android and iOS with no headset required.

Available features will include:
• Route planning
• Turn-by-turn navigation
• Address search from the display
• Friends live location on map (with cellular network) and more!

The 10.25" display is available on the following Can-Am On-Road models:
  • Can-Am Spyder RT (2024, 2025 & 2026)
  • Can-Am Spyder F3 (2024, 2025 & 2026)
