• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone had to use their Roadside Assist while under Warranty?

Has anyone had to use their Roadside Assist while under warranty? I see you have to contact Roadside America to get the service for Can Am On-Road Units. Just curious how you made out?

Personal experience: Few redirected calls & at the time no one knew where closest dealer was (if open or other details) did have to provide vin# couple times. Wasn’t bad, could have been lil better (could also been state of mind - new vehicle stranded & all) understood trouble was finding a tow with flat-bed as well as dealer info. There’s a section in owner’s manual specifically for how to tow/load/secure & or keep manual on bike for whoever (towdriver) to review.

Afterwards have had better & more experience with AMA roadside also better network.
https://americanmotorcyclist.com/ (it's still up to you know where you want it towed, gather a list of possible dealers/places before your trips, & carry it with you)

When I bought my Spyder I updated my AAA account to add Motorcycle coverage.

It looks like it's only available in a very limited list of locations. :(

I used my progressive roadside assistance for the first time since ditching AAA with the F3 a couple of weeks ago when I had my "kill switch incident".

They showed up a lot faster than AAA ever did with my old F250 and with the correct equipment to tow my Spyder (FlatBed).
