Are 2024/25 F3's missing the 2 Accessory Circuits? What have you done about this on yours?

Just watched a video and maybe I've seen one post with no resolution. It seems the 2024/25 F3 do not include the keyed accessory circuits any longer (left panel and under the passenger seat). I was looking at trading in my 2023 F3-S for a new 2025 F3-T that my dealer got in, but I'd still like to run my quad-lock wireless charger. This seems much harder to setup now (no, I wouldn't be a fan of just running a line to the battery for something like this.) I wonder what people have done about this?

Search this forum. I seem to remember reading a post on here about the problem and someone posted about an un-used accessory circuit under the side panel above the right front suspension, if my memory is correct. I cannot remember who posted it or the original title of the thread. I only remember there was a circuit, but in a different place.

Correct, that's what I'm talking about. In the past year, there was a sealed wire labeled Customer Accessory shown. It seems those are not there now.

I’m seeing factory reps next week; I’ll ask. Joe
Thanks. Someone posted in another thread that they are splicing into the fog light switch, since for whatever reason, there isn't a fog light option for the new generations, but the connections and the switch are still on the harness. Go figure - they make a point to remove the spare accessory wires, but leave the fog light stuff.

Found it... It is the post right after mine, by @racoon, and it gives info on an accessory circuit in a different place.

Hope you can find it... then I can tell all the people who say that I am older than dirt and losing my memory that they are wrong.
Thanks. I saw that post as well. However, that's on an RT, which is different to the F3. It's possible that the connector they are jacking into is something only for RT's, because the same '12volt power install for F3' directions will have you access the spare accessory wire.

Racoon posted that he wired in an un-used circuit and added a fuse block there.

I don't know any more about it. I have the customer accessory plugs on my 2019.
It was just something I remembered reading.

Hi all. I ride a 2024 Spyder RT Sea2Sky.
On my Spyder there is an accessory power port behind the plastic panel on the right side of the Spyder next to the right front wheel. It does not require a separate fuse block to be added.

I added a Nelson & Nelson docking station similar to the one in the following link, although mine was specific to my RT, and the link is the F3 version:

There's a link on that page to the Installation Instructions in PDF format.
From the information it appears to me that it fits all 2015 to 2025 F3 models (I'm not familiar with the F3, so there might be models it doesn't fit).

Step 3 in the installation instructions says:

"3. Your SF3-1U12-3S, 12 volt power station is pre-wired at the 12 volt sockets & switches. On your F3/F3-T remove the left upper access panel on your Spyder"

So apparently access is on the F3's left side, while the RT is on the right.

And I checked the RT instructions again, and there are a lot more steps to remove the RT panels to get to the power.
The 2020+ RT instructions are here:

The only circuit I've found on my 2025 RT S2S is the one for the GPS power that's been in that spot since my 2020 RTL.

We are at a loss on where to hook up for “keyed” or “switched” power on our '24 F3S. Ran our wires for a speaker up to the frunk area but not sure where to hook up. Would anybody happen to have or know where we can see a wiring diagram? Trying to figure out where the GPS wire or an unused port would be. Also, what is the wire in this pic, and if it’s something, maybe we can use since it’s not hooked up to anything?

The 2024 Spyder F3 Series Operators Guide has some information on Pages 43 and 44 with pictures of the wire locations.

HI wagswvu,

Look at the following video

The video is on one of the older Spyder models, an RS Spyder. It shows where the keyed accessory circuits are on the left front side of the Spyder.

I hope this helps.

OK, dunno if this'll help or not but on my 2017 F3-S I found a switched accessory circuit plugged onto the plastic infill plug shown in the pic. It had 3 wires & a plug on the end like it was meant to plug into an OEM accessory or something, but a quick test with a multi-meter found which was an earth & which was switched power. Use something soft or a screwdriver with the end taped over to remove it without scratching. No, it wasn't me who scratched mine.

I wasn't talking about older models. I have a 2023 F3S and if you open the left maintenance panel there is one there and one under the passenger seat. I was asking if it has been confirmed that new 2024+ models have had them removed from the wiring harness, and so far the answer is Yes, for the F3 trim, from many people now. The Canyons seem to follow the RT and Rykers, where they have a connector that's plugged into a holder near the lights.

I figured at this point someone with a year 2024 only would confirm that they either found 1 of those accessory wires that the manual states it has 3 of... Or someone could confirm they just do not have them.

Hi Jaxansandy, I appreciate you're specifically looking for an existing AC1/2 circuit but have you considered a Power Distribution Module? Wired direct to the battery and then mounted where suits it'll be your central hub to connect all your accessories.

Lots of makes available, most are programmable, ignition switched Y/N, and usually negate the need for relays should you hook up a high power draw accessory.

I've just ordered a PDM60 for my F3-S but as they say, 'other makes are available'.

Maybe not here but on FB, several people with 2024 F3, posted the customer accessory wires are gone. I also was at my dealer yesterday and they confirmed they been removed from wiring harness all their 2024 and new 2025 F3. I was also there looking at the new Canyon, and the tech told me those use same connector style plugged into a blank just like RTs and Rykers for customer accessory power. It could be they updated the wiring harness for Caynon but also started using that for 2024 and 2025 F3's except they don't have those connectors (I'm thinking next year maybe f3 get a refresh).
