SHAD BAGS

They may be “ugly” to some people but they are very practical. I have the SH36 bags. They are waterproof and hold a lot of stuff, especially if you also get the soft inner bags.

Maybe but its best to hear true opinions before you spend big bucks only to find out your bike looks like an afterthought.

They are probably VERY practical but all my friends agree they don't look OEM and more like carelessness.

I have the Shad bags and love them. It's bad enough I have to ride a tricycle in my old age, who cares what the bags look like. They are very functional and easy to take off if you just have to look cool I guess.

On a happier note, I was talking to a guy at cycle gear last week and his opinion was as soon as they and revzilla get their point of sale and probably billing systems integrated they will pretty much look more like one company and should be able to sell each other’s gear.
