• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I dont get how you lift a spyder with that?
What about the front wheels?
Or do they just hang over the sides?
Is it stable like that if they just hang over?

Bob

But with time, the capacity diminishes. nojoke I'd rather get one that is rated for a lot more than my Spyder weighs . . . because it will be me under it . . . I also used jack stands, but stuff can happen when you are still setting them up. That's just me! ;)
:agree: After all; it's your life that's on the line!

Yup!
You just slide that jack up under the belly of the bike, and it'll picks it up easy-peasy! :D

Huh?
Isnt this the type for 2 wheels where you push the entire bike up on the platform and raise it up?
I cant see sliding that under the spyder?

Bob

:opps: I'm sorry...
I was looking at the one above it... :opps:

That one is set up for tipovers... but there are plenty of ways to add "outriggers", for the Spyder's front wheels! :2thumbs:

The table types of lifts have to be extended on the sides to work (even wider than the extensions for ATVs)...and usually have ramps added to get thge Spyder onto them.
