• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Baker Air Wings Inner Panels, does anyone have these

I plan to do a full review later after a full ride, but I have a question in the meantime.

After a few hic-ups here and there I finally got my Air Wings, customer support at Baker was exceptional shipped missing parts over night.

This question is for those that have the inner wings.

So I ordered the full monty in chrome, the air wings with uppers and the inners. The inners go between the uppers and the built in lower defector on the RT

If you follow the instructions the uppers are very tight against the panels on the RT, the upper have the acorn nuts close to the panels. When flat the plastic upper hits the panel (no big deal).

But they seem too far inwards of the RT's lower deflector.

Question: Has anyone swapped the left and right so that the acorn nuts are now placed outwards, this would bring the upper out from the panels by about 3/4 of an inch.

I hope I explained this ok, I know what I mean. :p

Thanks for the info, due to the nature of the plastic it hard to tell from the pictures.

It looks like you have yours the flip the other way from the instructions.
