For anyone looking for a place to camp in Mosheim, Tennessee there is a campground about 5 miles from Lamonsters BBQ Event. The name of the place is McMillian Farms located 495 McMillian Road, Mosheim, TN 37818.

We are coming to the BBQ with our Motorhome,Trailer'&last but not least RT.I found a good park called Baileyton RV Park.They also have cabins.It is 22 miles from Lamonsters which makes for a nice 30 minute ride each way.:yes:

The only place in north east Tennessee where you and your families can fish,camp, play, hike,ride your horse and relax..... all without spending an arm & a leg doing it!

* Fully furnished rustic cabin. Cable Television, full kitchen, full bathroom, queen bed downstairs, 3 single mattresses in loft. Sleeps 4.
* Fenced in back yard.
* Horse paddock at cabin for 2 horses.
*Close to horseback riding trails, hiking trails & fishing ponds.

These are some pictures of our fully furnished rustic cabin. The cabin is available by reservation only so please call for your reservations today.
Our rates are very reasonable. $65.00 per night for 2 people.
$10.00 per extra person per night, maximum of 4 people in cabin at one time.
Just bring your clothes, toiletries & food! Everything else is here. Horse paddock for up to 2 horses beside cabin. Bring your hay & feed.

Our full hook up camping sites are in full sun for now. Our sites are very close to the fishing ponds and the horseback riding trails. Our clean restroom with shower is at the end of the full hook up campsites. We have 20 and 30 amp. full hook up sites.

Rates for our full hook up sites start at $18.00/night 20 & 30 amp, up to 4 people. Partial hook up sites $ 16.00 per night up to 4 people. Each extra person per night is $2.00.




FARM EVENTS & HAPPENINGS


There is a two-fold reason we hold events at our farm. Number one is because we want to see famlies outside doing things together. Family matters to us. Not all families have horses and are able to participate in these equine events but we encourage them to come see what other things we have to offer. Even just coming out together to spectate is something families can do and enjoy being together doing. We LOVE to see people having fun together! ( We also have NON-Equine events for families to enjoy)
Number two is our events help us to pay for the maintenance on the farm, stock & maintain our fishing ponds, mow the trails, feed the fish, horses and other animals that live here. This helps us to be able to keep the farm open for people to come enjoy without costing an arm and a leg .......................
Horses have been a big part of our lives,and they are special to us. Through intercation with more and more horse-oriented people, education about the total horse has become a very important part of our journey here. If you would like to know more about the total horse, please feel free to ask. We will be holding educational "clinics" by local equine professionals this coming season.

EQUINE EVENTS HELD EACH MONTH (WEATHER PERMITTING DURING THE WINTER)

If you are interested in participating in any of our equine events or just coming to ride the trails on a day trip, please call us in advance at (423) 823-2867. We would love to have you come ride & enjoy he beautiful outdoors here in north east Tennessee.

There is now a $5.00 per day donation required for bring your own horse,horseback riding. Each rider must bring proof of negative coggins for each horse. Each rider must register upon arrival and sign a liability release waiver also. If you would like to pay for a month of unlimited riding in advance you can pay $50.00 per month in advance and ride any day that we are open. You would still have to call ahead to be sure we are open for trail riding on the day you want to visit..There will still be only 2 days per week that we will be closed. We are open every weekend however!

We also accept donations that help keep our trails maintained. We have set up a donation station at the front of the farm for your convenience.
