Can Am Ryker SaddleBag Rack 219400856 - will it fit left and right side?

Will the Can Am SaddleBag Rack p/n 219400856 fit both the left and right side of the Ryker (universal fit), or is it only for the right side? All the pics only show it mounted on the right side with 1 case. I'm looking for mounts for both sides to mount right and left Shad SH36 Side Cases. Thanks. :dontknow:

Nope, AFAIK the Ryker's OEM Saddlebag & bracketry ONLY goes on the one side, the Right Side; I believe because BRP determined that a matching saddlebag mounted on the other side would be continually interfering with the shaft drive as the suspension articulates! :shocked:

However, IIRC there are a couple of non-OEM alternatives available that work off the Maxi-Mount and carry a pair of bags, one on each side, up higher and a tad further back, avoiding any issues with the shaft drive/suspension articulation - there are quite a few threads, posts, & even some pics of them here, but you will need to search for them, maybe using Advanced Search & just searching the Ryker sub-forums?! :dontknow:
