Can hear my music, but not Phone calls - any thoughts?

If anybody can help. I have my android connected via bluetooth listen to music all the time. When someone calls, nothing comes out of the speakers. The display shows a call. I even tried BRP Connect with USB. It display one app (tire pressure app) & music. All I can do is change my phone to speaker but I cannot hear well. It will connect to a helmet with a bluetooth setup.
Any thoughts?

The bike does not have a mic, the helmet set up does, probably some deeper operation program conflict. Default check for updates kind of thing.

2019 Spyder RTL
I don't use the helmet with the speaker set up. Sometimes no helmet when I just stay local (after I run in warm weather, I jump on my Spyder for a cool down)

The phone has one... I can play & hear my pandora, then when a call comes in nothing comes thru the speakers... I can't figure, I've tried all sorts of different things...

Phone calls don’t work without a headset. Headset should only be paired to the bike.
