• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Check Engine Lit with Belt Saver Mode Message on Ryker...

Riding in 90° weather yesterday. After encountering a very long construction zone at 25 mph, check engine lit while stopped at a traffic light. Belt saver mode message came up shortly thereafter. Ran pretty rough, like one of the clutches acting up. Parked it and then trailered it home. Realized the very dirty CVT air filter should have been changed a while ago. Changed the filter. Bike is running fine, but I will be keeping an eye on it.

UPDATE: After check rides over the past two days, I had my brother ride the Rally and I rode the Spyder RT. We took a 60 mile (round trip) run up to Carefree AZ. Ryker ran perfect in all conditions.

How many miles on the bike? I think that belt message comes up around the 12K mark (give ot take a few) indicating it's time to change the CVT belt.

Bike has less than 3000 miles. CVT Belt Replacement triggers a SERVICE TRANSMISSION message at 12,000 miles.
