• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Clicking sound when i step on the brake

Questions

Its not the single click. I know thats the brake light click.
This is constant clicking when i step on the brake when moving.
It doesnt happen when standing still and step on brake???
Any ideas. I called the dealer told me to check for twig lodged in caliper. I inspected all three and the look clear. Dealer cant look at bike for 2 wks. and i want to ride. Is this safe??
Just had a brake spring update done at the dealer about 3 weeks ago, they said that probably isnt causing the clicking sound.

Is it just a soft, regular clicking, not a sharp metallic click? If so, it's likely the vent holes in the rotors passing the brake pads. They all do this. It is worrisome the first time you hear it, but you won't even notice it after a while. It is normal, and does no harm.
